Agibank secures R$2.5bn through its second receivables fund

The April financing supports lending through a ten-year structure backed by payroll-loan receivables.

Agibank announced settlement of its second FIDC operation in an April 27 release. The R$2.5bn structure provides committed funding for the bank’s lending business and is backed by payroll-deductible loans it originated.

The transaction has a maximum ten-year term, a single series and a rate of CDI plus 1.05% a year. Professional investors bought the units, with Bradesco BBI and Itaú BBA coordinating the offer. Oliveira Trust administers and manages the fund, alongside Agibank Asset Management as co-manager.

The bank described the facility as a way to diversify liquidity and maintain loan origination through changing market conditions. It followed Agibank’s first FIDC in May 2025 and came after parent Agi Inc.’s New York listing.
