Aeon closes Seed extension alongside Aware Health acquisition
The preventive-care service combines whole-body MRI with recurring blood tests and genetic-risk analysis to build an evolving picture of a person’s health.
A longitudinal view of health
Aeon pairs an extensive MRI scan with blood measurements covering more than 100 biomarkers and genetic risk analysis. Its software brings those different time scales together, tracking changes across repeat tests rather than treating each screening as an isolated snapshot.
The Aware Health acquisition adds a consumer blood-diagnostics operation, including laboratory integrations and a network of more than 45 blood-draw locations. Aeon said the acquired business served close to 10,000 active customers, giving it an established operating base for the combined service.
