Landlords can market a unit across property platforms, accept or reject applications online and track enquiries, visits and rental requests. Aamar brings these steps into one service, while tenants search for available homes by city and neighbourhood.

Expanding beyond Riyadh

The company announced that it had served over 10,000 customers, with listed units representing more than SAR150 million in rental value. Its next step is expansion beyond Riyadh into other Saudi regions, alongside additional software for leasing operations. AQAR, RZM, Al Majdiah and BLOMINVEST participated in the financing with unnamed angels.
