Interactive performance and immersive research
ZU-UK is an immersive performance and participatory theatre company operating through Zecora Ura Theatre. It creates interactive experiences using spatial audio, synchronised touch and game-engine technology, and works with universities on research and education.
Its VIVID project with the University of Greenwich combines vibration, warmth and immersive sound in a haptic-audio device. The Mindset-funded research explores support for pain, distress and mental health among people living with chronic lower back pain.
