The company co-operates the SAMGHA apparel project with Jinja Bukkaku Online. The partners work with temples to use historical materials such as calligraphy, Buddhist images and manuscripts as the basis for apparel and other products.
Turning archival material into products
The project digitizes source materials supplied by participating temples and prepares them for contemporary printed designs. It uses design processing, including AI-assisted work, to adapt fine historical details for products.
Part of the proceeds is returned or donated to temples to support cultural preservation. Product development, domestic and overseas ecommerce, and relationships with additional temples form the project’s expansion plans.
