A modular carrier for precision genetic medicine

ViaNautis’ polyNaut platform uses polymer-based nanovesicles to carry DNA, mRNA and other genetic payloads. Nanobody ligands can be attached to direct the vesicles toward selected cell types, creating a plug-and-play delivery system that can be re-dosed and manufactured through scalable processes without viral vectors.

The platform is being applied to programs across the central nervous system, immunology, oncology and respiratory disease, including spinal-cord-injury research and in-vivo CAR-T approaches. ViaNautis is a development-stage biotechnology company with strategic collaborations, including a partnership with Eli Lilly, and is building a pipeline around its delivery technology.
