Usawa Care gives families ongoing access to pediatricians through a digital service, with consultations and care guidance delivered through messaging and other remote channels.
Parents can contact Usawa’s pediatricians through WhatsApp for guidance about a child’s symptoms, growth, development and behavior. Families can share photos or videos, ask about next steps and request prescriptions or declarations when appropriate. The service pairs quick access for immediate questions with a chosen pediatrician who follows the child over time and coordinates further clinical support.
Usawa offers a free plan for basic access and a paid Essentials plan with longer service hours, shorter waits, specialist access and follow-up. Its website says that if a family pediatrician is unavailable, another pediatrician can respond, helping parents get support without first navigating an in-person clinic visit. The company’s September funding announcement describes plans to launch an adult-care service and begin expansion into the United States; the current public product remains focused on pediatric care.
