Undecimal Bio
United Kingdom · Biotech
Undecimal Bio develops delivery molecules that help RNA medicines reach specific tissues, with initial research programmes in kidney and vascular disease.
Finding a route into target cells
RNA medicines can silence disease-related genes only after reaching the cells where those genes act. Undecimal’s DELiveri platform searches for molecules that carry small interfering RNA into selected tissues.
The platform makes large libraries of chemical candidates, measures productive delivery inside cells and trains AI models on those results. This links each candidate’s chemical structure to how effectively it delivers its payload, guiding the next round of experiments.
Kidney and vascular programmes
Undecimal’s first programmes address kidney and vascular disease. The company also works with pharmaceutical research partners and reports in-vivo validation of its delivery platform. Its work remains focused on therapeutic development.
The team operates across Cambridge and Tel Aviv, with laboratories at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute.
