Product
Its Thermalnite material combines heat conduction with electrical insulation. The Nagoya University spinout uses it in thermal-interface sheets, greases and ceramic substrates for electronic systems.
Founded in 2016, U-MAP is working with manufacturing partners to turn its materials into cooling components for power semiconductors, electric vehicles and data centres.
