Tundr gives employers a digital employee-benefits program built around a Mastercard for fringe benefits, a flexible-benefits app for employees and a management console for HR teams.
Employers provide fringe-benefit credits through a Mastercard and a mobile app for flexible benefits. Employees can see their available credit and choose eligible spending across a large merchant network and benefit categories such as health, training, transport and family support.
An HR console lets employers configure and oversee the program, while employees handle their own day-to-day use. Tundr positions the combination of payment card, flexible-benefit app and employer controls as a way to make company welfare easier to administer and more accessible to staff.
