Tenka is developing a shared market layer for asset-backed finance, where loans backed by receivables, equipment and other assets can be standardised for investor review. At origination, structured book-building is intended to assemble capital around each facility’s risk, return and duration, with consistent collateral information and terms.

After issuance, Tenka plans to support ownership records, reporting, valuation and settlement through onchain infrastructure, then match investors seeking to exit with buyers willing to take over the exposure. This is aimed at originators that want access to a broader capital base and professional investors that need clearer facility data and a route to transfer positions before the underlying loans mature. The product remains in build-out ahead of its stated Q4 2026 launch.
