Founded by Mohamed Elmasry and Mohamed Hassan, the company has its headquarters in Cambridge and an R&D hub in Cairo. Its enterprise customers include Elaraby Group and Raneen. The next generation of the platform is intended to let businesses change customer-service workflows more quickly while retaining human approval.
