Stenon helps agribusinesses measure soil conditions directly in the field. Its FarmLab combines optical and electrical sensors with software and agronomic models to estimate plant-available nitrogen, soil organic carbon and other parameters.
The Potsdam company serves input retailers, machinery dealers, agricultural consultants and food producers. More frequent measurements let users map differences within fields and make fertiliser decisions using current conditions. Founded in 2018, Stenon is also developing a machine-integrated nutrient intelligence platform.
