SmallClaims helps businesses, collection agencies and law firms recover unpaid invoices whose value can make conventional litigation uneconomic. Its Copenhagen team combines legal expertise with AI agents that assess claims and prepare court cases.
The company operates in Denmark and Sweden. Its lawyers review agent output and represent clients when a dispute reaches a hearing. Further automation of filing, follow-up, mediation and payment is part of its product roadmap.
Attorney Christian Olson founded SmallClaims in 2021 after serving as general counsel at Too Good To Go. Vendep Capital led its €2 million seed round to develop the platform and take the service into more European markets.
