Serwas installs and operates water-cooled GPU servers at heat-demanding sites, using their computing output for AI workloads and their recovered heat for buildings such as swimming pools and hotels.
Serwas integrates water-cooled servers into buildings with steady heating and hot-water demand. The racks provide GPU capacity to AI companies, developers and research teams; direct-to-liquid cooling transfers the resulting heat into the host building's heating system.
The company finances, installs and operates the equipment, combining a computing service with heat recovery for site partners. Its first live pilot is at Innsbruck's Amraser Schwimmbad, with swimming pools and hotels among the sites it targets.
