AI workflow software for tax advisers, accountants and corporate finance teams.
Tax and accounting work in one flow
Rulen helps Italian tax and accounting professionals carry out research, document review, calculations and reconciliations in one workspace. Its platform combines a proprietary tax information base with the firm’s own documents and templates to prepare work for professional review.
The software connects to tools such as Excel, Word, email and OneDrive, as well as the Italian Revenue Agency’s Cassetto Fiscale service. Those connections let a team work with tax records and supporting documents without repeatedly moving information between separate applications.
Built for professional oversight
Previously known as LexSA, the company launched at the end of 2025. Co-founders Simone Hong and Claudio Cama are developing the platform for accountancy practices, tax lawyers and in-house teams. Users can organise private and shared reference material and retain control over the checks and decisions that complete each workflow.
