Stationary battery storage systems made with repurposed electric-vehicle batteries for commercial buildings, industry and charging operators.
Rebaba tests and repackages second-life EV batteries into stationary storage products, including compact systems for buildings and containerized units for larger sites. A smart energy-management system charges when electricity is cheaper or renewable power is available, then discharges to reduce peak tariffs, support site loads or provide grid services. The company manufactures in Sweden and is expanding production capacity.
Commercial property owners, industrial facilities and charge-point operators use the systems to shift electricity use, add power behind the meter and balance renewable generation. Customers can buy a system or use it as a service; Rebaba’s controls manage charging and discharging based on operating needs and energy markets.
