Planted brings site-planning software, high-density terrain-following solar arrays, storage and installation robots into one deployment system. Software models the site and array layout; field robots install components on uneven ground, allowing projects to work on slopes without extensive grading and reducing manual assembly.
The company serves project developers, independent power producers and enterprise energy buyers that need new renewable capacity. Planted says the system can make more parcels viable and increase output per acre, and is expanding its deployed robot fleet as it moves from initial projects toward repeatable solar construction.
