Photon helps developers put AI agents into conversations people already use. Its Spectrum framework offers a common interface for receiving messages, replying with text or rich content, and handling interactions across channels such as iMessage, WhatsApp and Telegram.
The platform combines open-source tooling with hosted infrastructure. Message history, audit logs and controls for human review help teams operate the agent after it reaches users. Founders Daniel Tian and Ryan Zhu developed the product after building personal agents and encountering the work of managing each messaging channel separately.
