For custom orders, the service follows the piece through computer-aided design, production, diamond certification and delivery, with progress updates along the way.
The brand combines an online catalogue with store visits and a try-at-home service. A customer selects several pieces before an expert brings them to an appointment, explains the options and shares a payment link if the customer chooses to buy. ONYA offers insured shipping across India and cleaning and polishing after purchase. These are existing retail services; the next expansion adds locations to the physical store network.
