Octopath AI develops digital pathology software for pathology services, pharmaceutical companies and clinical-trial teams. Its Kraken model identifies and counts cells in routine H&E tissue slides, while Nemo scores immunohistochemistry slides for biomarker staining. The models use spatial molecular data to connect tissue appearance with biological information.
The UCL spinout is led by co-founders Esther Bär, Zhuoyan Shen and Charles-Antoine Collins Fekete. Its platform supports work such as tumour grading, immune-cell mapping and biomarker assessment.
