nnexoro builds Carl, an AI assistant that helps labor-intensive businesses coordinate staff assignments through WhatsApp while managers retain approval.

Filling assignments without repeated calls

Operations managers use Carl to find available staff and keep teams and customers informed. The system matches assignment requirements with qualifications and availability, then contacts suitable workers in parallel through WhatsApp. The company says it is used daily in labor-intensive businesses.

Carl presents staffing decisions for the assignment manager’s approval and records the outcome. If nobody accepts, it reports the unresolved assignment and who was contacted. Workers can communicate in their own language, with replies translated for the office.

Connecting the surrounding workflow

Alongside Carl, nnexoro offers process analysis, custom automation and employee training. Its work starts by mapping how information and decisions move through a business, then connecting existing tools such as CRM systems, files and messaging.

The company builds operational rules into the system and sends consequential or unclear decisions back to employees. Training uses the customer’s own workflows so staff can review and question the resulting automation.
