MHX Technology develops chips and domain controllers for Li Auto and plans to supply external industrial customers.
Computing hardware beyond a single carmaker
Shanghai Mahe Xin Technology is Li Auto’s dedicated business for chips and domain controllers. The company gives the automaker a platform for commercialising its in-house computing technology with other customers, including applications outside the automotive sector.
Li Auto’s MAHE M100 chip already powers the driving system in its Li L9 vehicles: the Ultra trim uses one chip and the Livis uses two. That deployed technology provides the automotive foundation for a business now seeking a broader customer base.
