Endeavor Catalyst Fund V is the fifth investment vehicle of Endeavor Catalyst, the co-investment arm of the global Endeavor network. It backs companies led by entrepreneurs selected through Endeavor’s network, with a focus on markets where venture capital is less widely available.
The fund follows a rules-based co-investment model. It joins institutional-led financing rounds rather than leading them, typically taking around 10% of a round. Its stated investment programme targets up to 150 companies, with initial cheques of $1 million to $3 million.
