The BioNomad system processes manure and slurry on the farm, producing gas for heat or electricity and nutrient-rich digestate for soil. Its modular design is intended for small livestock operations and colder climates where large industrial digesters are impractical.
Based in Harpenden, EcoNomad pairs the digester with appliances that use the gas locally. The approach lets farmers recover value from waste while reducing their reliance on purchased energy and fertiliser.
