Dynamic Creatures builds mobile character robots using Boston Dynamics platforms or custom hardware, pairing expressive exterior designs with SnowJay, its robotics operating system. SnowJay coordinates locomotion, perception and behavior so a robot can move through crowded public spaces, read guest reactions and adapt its gestures and responses in real time.
Theme parks, resorts, casinos, cruise lines and retail brands can commission character experiences for their environments. The company is newly out of stealth and is engineering its core software and hardware while piloting implementations with initial enterprise partners; its Boston Dynamics partnership gives it a platform for hospitality and entertainment deployments.
