Angio-FILM uses AI to restore motion in low-frame-rate coronary angiograms, helping cath labs reduce X-ray exposure while preserving image detail.
CoroLogic's Angio-FILM software analyzes successive coronary angiography frames and generates the intermediate images to reconstruct smoother motion. The approach lets a cath lab acquire fewer frames, reducing the number of X-ray pulses, while returning a higher-frame-rate cine sequence for clinicians to review.
The product is designed for cardiologists and catheterization laboratories performing coronary angiography. CoroLogic reports that Angio-FILM has received Korean MFDS Class I software-medical-device notification and is pursuing clinical validation and regulatory approvals for wider use.
