Black Giant is EnergyX’s lithium development project in northern Chile.
Product
The project uses EnergyX’s GET-Lit direct lithium extraction technology to recover lithium from brine. Its first two planned phases target 52,500 tonnes of lithium carbonate per year.
Eni is investing as a minority project shareholder and will provide technical support for development. The project is designed to supply lithium for battery and industrial markets.
