Baba helps Medicare members and their families obtain care and manage the work around it. Its advocates coordinate appointments, referrals, prescriptions, insurance appeals, transport and community benefits, while licensed therapists support behavioral health needs.
The service combines human care teams with AI that reviews records, identifies unfinished care tasks and helps carry them through. Advocates work with patients’ existing doctors and insurers, and support is delivered through calls and texts. Baba also works with providers and health plans on gaps in care.
Eligible members can access advocacy through Medicare or Medicare Advantage coverage. Baba checks benefits and explains any cost sharing before service begins.
