ANote Music gives rights holders an auction and trading venue for music royalty interests
ANote Music lets labels, publishers, artists and other rights holders offer a portion of future royalties from established music catalogues. Investors can review catalogue data and listing terms, then bid for shares during primary auctions. A share represents a contractual right to a proportional part of future royalty payments, not ownership of the songs themselves.
After the primary offering, investors can monitor catalogue performance and upcoming distributions in a portfolio view, and can place buy or sell orders on the secondary market. ANote also operates an automated royalty-distribution engine that credits investors according to their share of the catalogue and its payout schedule.
