Four areas of need

The fund concentrates on a declining birth rate and ageing population, regional challenges, support for minorities, and social safety nets. It backs startups from seed through Series A whose teams combine a clear understanding of the problem with a commitment to solving it.

Support alongside capital

taliki offers founders community access, communications support and help with impact measurement and management. Its broader incubation and corporate collaboration activities connect social entrepreneurs with resources as they build and expand their businesses.

United sees the LP relationship as a way to share networks and investment experience while supporting promising social entrepreneurs. Its commitment is to the investment fund.

From formation to final close

The fund was established in September 2024. In its September 2025 announcement, taliki set a ¥2 billion fundraising target and named Seibu Shinkin Bank and Daiko among its backers. United’s October 2026 announcement confirms the later final close without disclosing the final fund size.
