Rightcharge manages fleet charging and payments. Antiverse develops antibodies using models and laboratories, while FluoSphera develops human-based preclinical testing. The recorded companies retain their different mechanisms and financing events.
Rightcharge gives electric-vehicle fleet managers one system for public and home charging payments, driver access and charging data. Drivers use a card and app for public networks and connect their home charger and energy tariff so reimbursements can be calculated accurately and paid to their energy supplier; managers receive consolidated billing and fleet analytics.
