Neo is an early-stage technology investor whose Neo Residency brings startup founders and student builders into a shared company-building programme in San Francisco.

Introduced in February 2026, the residency combines three months of San Francisco workspace, a two-week Oregon bootcamp and individual mentorship. It replaced Neo Accelerator and Semester in SF, bringing their participants into a single cohort.

The announced startup offer is $750,000 on uncapped terms, with participation rights of up to 5% in the next equity round. The student route offers a $40,000 grant per person. Founders and students also receive a profit share in Neo’s fund, linking part of their outcome to the wider cohort’s success.
