Wiremind raises €35m in its first external financing

IronWave, Bpifrance Large Venture and Seaya Andromeda backed the profitable transport and ticketing software company.

Wiremind announced €35m in financing on October 6, bringing in external investors for the first time after twelve years of self-funded growth. IronWave, formerly Wendel Growth, Bpifrance Investissement through its Large Venture fund, and Seaya Andromeda invested. Co-founders Colin Girault-Matz and Charles Pierre retain majority ownership and control.

The Paris-based company develops software that helps transport operators and event organizers manage pricing, capacity, inventory and distribution. Its CAYZN revenue-management platform is used by operators including Eurostar, National Express and Transavia; PAXONE handles inventory and distribution, while EVENTORI serves sports and live events.

The investment creates room to extend the company’s reach while developing its AI capabilities. Wiremind is adding large language models both to its pricing decision engine and to tools intended to make its platforms easier for customers to use. It said revenue grew 67% in 2025 and that it served more than 80 clients at the time of the announcement.
