Vestwell supports retirement, emergency, education and disability savings through one platform. Employers and partners use it to administer programs and connect contributions to payroll. At the announcement, it served more than two million active savers and administered over $50 billion in assets.

Broader products and distribution

The company plans to deepen payroll and benefits integrations, offer more personalized investment options and automate administration. The round brings its cumulative funding to $660 million; JPMorgan acted as placement and structuring agent.
