A shared fiber backbone

Vero designs, builds, owns and operates fiber networks through a group of operating brands. Its services include dark fiber, internet access, wide area networks and private fiber networks, serving residential customers as well as education, government and enterprise users.

Capital for network buildouts

Hamilton Lane, Braemont Capital and Delta-v Capital led the $500 million non-control growth equity investment. Vero will expand fiber-to-the-premise and wholesale networks and pursue acquisitions in existing and new US markets, including infrastructure connecting data centers and cell towers.
