Veridue brings deal origination, screening, data rooms, questions and answers, due diligence and investment-committee materials into one platform for renewable-energy and data-centre projects. Its AI tools assess project maturity and investment criteria so investors, lenders, developers and insurers can review more opportunities with less manual work.
The $4 million pre-seed round will expand the platform. Veridue is targeting a bottleneck in energy infrastructure: diligence that can take weeks, slowing decisions on projects even when capital and assets are available. The company aims to reduce that work to hours while keeping the assessment tied to each buyer’s criteria.
