Verda raises $189m in new funding including Series B led by Emergence Capital
Its full-stack AI cloud combines data-center capacity, hardware and platform services for AI teams.
Cloud infrastructure from hardware through inference
Verda operates AI compute across the full stack, from physical data centers and GPU hardware to cloud services and AI platform tools. That lets frontier AI teams provision compute and use services such as inference through one provider rather than assembling infrastructure across separate vendors.
The company says it reached $165m in annualized revenue run rate in July and plans to expand capacity over the coming year. The announced $189m is new funding, including an oversubscribed Series B and additional investment; Verda separately reports more than $450m raised across its history.
