Varda: Series D
Varda builds spacecraft that manufacture materials in low Earth orbit and return them to Earth. Its capsules support microgravity pharmaceutical development and materials processing, followed by controlled reentry and post-flight analysis of returned payloads.
The business
Varda’s financing brings the company’s total capital raised to $598 million. Its flight record includes six launched and recovered capsules, with a dozen more in production, as it builds a repeatable service for orbital manufacturing, payload return and pharmaceutical development.
