Upgrading infrastructure already in place

Ubicquia’s sensors and UbiVu software give utilities and cities visibility into power quality, lighting and equipment reliability. Its managed Power Monitoring service uses transformer-level data to detect anomalies and diagnose disturbances. More than 1,000 utilities and municipalities used its platforms.

Wider distribution and product development

67 Capital and Marunouchi Innovation Partners led the $106 million Series D. The capital supports AI development and domestic and international sales across grid modernization, streetlighting and public safety products and services.
