Mycronic joins a group of industrial and institutional backers supporting Nordic deep tech startups.
Turbine Capital announced the final close of its first fund at SEK608 million on 9 October 2026. The fund first closed on 14 April 2025; the new total brings that same vehicle to its final size.
Electronics-production equipment company Mycronic joins industrial backers Saab, Scania, Volvo Cars and Stena. Saminvest and the European Investment Fund are among the institutional investors. Saab’s participation was identified as Saab Ventures at the first close.
Fund I backs early-stage Nordic deep tech companies over a 15-year horizon. Its corporate network and university-linked incubators connect portfolio companies with expertise and potential customers in areas including semiconductors, industrial digitalisation, space and the energy transition.
