Nordic Capital and Alfvén & Didrikson commit capital for AI-powered payment products.
Trustly AB announced on 2 October that Nordic Capital and Alfvén & Didrikson had signed irrevocable, legally binding equity commitments exceeding $40 million.
The capital raise is expected to conclude in November. Other existing shareholders can participate, and Trustly will announce the final amount when it completes.
