Tripo AI raises about $445M Series B for 3D generative AI
A large round backs a platform spanning 3D model creation and production tools.
From prompt to production-ready 3D asset
Tripo AI builds 3D-native foundation models and a platform for creating production-ready objects. Through Tripo Studio and its API, users can generate assets and then retopologize, rig and animate them, connecting model generation with work needed in interactive entertainment, virtual reality, intelligent manufacturing and embodied AI.
The company says it serves individual users and enterprise customers globally. Its Series B, led by MPCi with participation from technology, entertainment and financial investors, gives Tripo substantial backing as it develops models and infrastructure for those varied use cases.
