TimeLeap announced a capital and business alliance agreement with Nippon Aspect Core on October 20, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The partnership combines TimeLeap’s RURA remote customer-service system with Nippon Aspect Core’s outsourcing operations. The companies aim to offer technology and staffed service delivery together, making remote reception available to organisations that cannot build their own operating teams. They also plan joint sales activity and specialised features for markets including education.
