Thyme Care closes over $125M Series E to build broader oncology business
Thyme Care supports patients between oncology visits through care teams, technology and health-plan partnerships.
Support that continues between appointments
Thyme Care gives members access to oncology-trained teams that help interpret treatment information, manage symptoms, coordinate appointments and find services such as transportation or financial assistance. Monitoring between clinic visits can surface needs earlier, while the company works with health plans, employers and providers on care coordination and value-based programs.
The company is establishing Thyme Companies as a parent for independent businesses addressing additional barriers in oncology. Areas in development include wider use of lower-cost biosimilars and improving clinical-trial enrollment, with the first new business expected to launch later in the year.
