ITOCHU Technology Ventures leads financing as the Japanese company broadens its preventive-health business.
The round brings new shareholders Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance and Fukui Capital Partners alongside returning backers Genesia Ventures and Vision Incubate. Shoko Chukin provides lending within the combined total.
