Tessolve secures $75m as it prepares its next acquisitions
Vector Line Capital makes its first India investment in the semiconductor engineering company.
From silicon testing to complete-chip programmes
Tessolve’s growth has shifted its role from a testing specialist toward an engineering partner for companies building complete chips, including those used in AI infrastructure. That wider scope brings architecture, design, validation and productisation into the same customer relationship.
The company says it is in advanced discussions on several acquisitions that could close over the next couple of quarters. Vector Line brings a dedicated semiconductor focus to a shareholder group that already includes TPG and Novo Tellus; the announcement does not name acquisition targets or completed deals.
