STAR Collection secures equity financing for virtual music production
The STARLIVE operator brings in Hyogo Regional Revitalization Fund as it develops its artist roster and live platform.
Backing an operating virtual music business
The investment follows the October 2025 launch of STAR LIVE, giving the Tokyo music producer financial backing a year into operating its own 3D performance platform. Minato Capital cited that platform and the company’s potential to expand in virtual entertainment as reasons for investing through the fund.
STAR Collection reported cumulative funding of ¥29 million including the transaction announced on 16 October. It did not disclose how much of that total came from this share allotment.
