SpaceX issues $25 billion in senior notes
Five debt tranches support refinancing of the company’s bridge borrowing.
SpaceX issued $25 billion in senior notes on June 26, 2026, across five maturities from 2031 to 2056. Annual coupon rates range from 5.35% to 6.65%.
The company planned to repay its bridge loan, cover associated fees and use remaining proceeds for general corporate purposes. The bond issuance followed its separate June IPO and represents debt financing.
