Solea closes seed round, taking total funding to $10m
The pest control software company is connecting call handling, dispatch and billing in one operating system; the new round’s individual amount was not disclosed.
A pest control visit passes through several teams: someone answers the call, a dispatcher fits it into a route, a technician records the work and the office collects payment. Solea keeps those steps attached to the same customer and service record. Its voice agent can book routine appointments, while routing considers drive time, skills and the customer’s availability.
Dispatchers retain control over the schedule: they can lock important appointments and replan the remaining work. Technicians record inspections, chemical use, signatures and payments on mobile devices. Customer accounts from Pest Tech Hawaii and Able Pest Management describe moves from existing field-service systems, giving the company operating references for the connected workflow.
